Returns & refunds

We want you to love your print. If something is wrong with it, we’ll make it right — here’s exactly how that works.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge or give you a full refund — your choice. Just email hello@kinring.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You won’t need to ship the faulty item back before we sort it out.

Personalised items & change of mind

Every Kinring poster is made to order and personalised with your family’s details. Under EU/EEA consumer law, personalised or custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, so we’re generally unable to accept returns simply for a change of mind.

Because the stakes are personal, we show you a full preview before you buy — please review the names, dates, spelling, size, and framing carefully at that step. If you spot a mistake you made in the design and the order hasn’t entered production yet, contact us straight away and we’ll do our best to correct or cancel it.

Our mistakes

If we or our print partner produced something that doesn’t match the preview you approved — wrong colours, wrong size, a printing flaw — that’s on us, and it’s covered as a faulty print above.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we confirm the refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping costs are refunded for faulty items.

Cancellations

We start production quickly to get your print to you sooner, so the window to cancel is short. If you need to cancel, email us immediately — if the order hasn’t gone to print, we’ll cancel and refund it in full.

How to start a claim

  1. Email hello@kinring.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and, for damage or misprints, a clear photo.
  3. We’ll reply within one to two business days with the next step.
