Shipping & delivery

Every poster is made to order and shipped from the print facility nearest to you, so it travels less and arrives faster.

Made to order

Kinring prints aren’t held in stock — each one is produced after you order, through our print-on-demand partner. That keeps quality consistent and waste low, but it means total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Production time

Printing, framing (if you chose a frame), and quality checks usually take 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched. Framed pieces sit at the longer end of that range.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, typical tracked transit times are:

  • Within Europe — around 2–5 business days
  • United Kingdom — around 3–6 business days
  • North America — around 4–8 business days
  • Rest of world — around 5–12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, and peak periods (around the December holidays in particular) can add time. If you need a print for a specific date, order with a comfortable buffer and get in touch if you’re unsure.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking link. If it hasn’t arrived within a few days of the confirmation, check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@kinring.com.

Packaging

Unframed prints ship rolled or flat-packed with rigid protection; framed prints are cornered and cushioned for transit. If anything arrives damaged, our returns & refunds policy has you covered — take a photo and write to us within 14 days.

Duties & taxes

Orders shipped outside Norway/the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where these apply, they’re the recipient’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to the printer because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it, though a re-delivery charge may apply.
